Key Responsibilities:

Lead software development efforts within a multi-team, multi-organization enterprise using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
Collaborate with engineers and architects to define and implement a database management system that meets end-user needs.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a small team of software and test engineers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products.
Represent your team in meetings and presentations, offering technical analysis, recommendations, and developing meeting materials.
Continuously improve software through collaboration with other teams, customers, and end users, striving to exceed customer expectations.

Required Skills:

U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain Secret Clearance within 6-9 months of hire.
Bachelors degree in Engineering with 10+ years of experience, or a Masters degree with 8 years of experience.
Strong experience in software requirements analysis, design, and systems integration, particularly for medium to high complexity software systems.
Proficiency in Web Application Design and Development using ASP.NET Core, React, GraphQL, JavaScript, CSS, HTML5.
Expertise in C/C#/C++ (C# preferred), with experience in both Linux and Windows development environments.
Excellent technical, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Desired Skills:

Masters degree in engineering, science, mathematics, or a related technical field.
Active Security Clearance.
Experience with microservice architectures, Docker, Terraform, and database systems like MongoDB, Redis, and SQL Server.
Knowledge of mission planning needs for military aviators and experience with tactical systems/subsystems or combat solutions for Naval aircraft.
