We are seeking a Senior Learning Consultant to lead and own three critical facets of our learning programs: revenue responsibility with enterprise customers, didactical consulting and conception of enterprise learning programs and trainer management. As a Senior Learning Consultant at Bots & People, you will be responsible for the following:
- Revenue responsibility. Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their unique training needs and challenges. Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns related to our learning programs.
- Didactical Consulting. Oversee the end-to-end learning journey for our learners, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience, leveraging AI and tech solutions to enhance learner outcomes.
- Expert recruitment. Provide trainers with the necessary resources, tools, and support to deliver high-quality training programs. Foster a collaborative environment for trainers, facilitating knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Project Management. Develop and maintain detailed project plans for learning programs, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Ensure that learning programs are executed on time, within budget and considered successful for our customers.
- Moderation. Facilitate live trainings with enterprise customers on the topics of genAI, Low Code or Process Automation together with seasoned experts in these field.
