Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Client Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound sales, payment recovery, client meetings, and retention efforts. This role requires coordination with various departments to ensure client satisfaction and the ability to leverage experience from freelancing platforms to enhance client relations.


Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive international sales growth and meet revenue targets, leveraging your strong sales prowess and business acumen.

  • Conduct regular meetings with international clients to cultivate and sustain strong relationships with them, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored solutions to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Handle inbound sales inquiries and guide potential clients through our services.

  • Manage team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, fostering a collaborative work environment.

  • Oversee the end-to-end order management process with meticulous attention to detail, manage and execute payment recovery processes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

  • Communicate effectively with international clients, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and proficiency in foreign client communication to navigate diverse business environments successfully.

  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure high client retention rates.

  • Monitor client satisfaction levels and implement improvements where necessary, ensuring all client interactions are handled professionally and efficiently.

  • Identify new business opportunities through freelancing and other platforms and forge partnerships in international markets, leveraging your startup business experience to adapt to evolving market dynamics.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, with extensive experience in international client management.

  • Exceptional sales skills with a consistent track record of surpassing targets.

  • Street-smart attitude with the ability to navigate complex business landscapes and make informed decisions.

  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in foreign client communication and cultural nuances.

  • Strong understanding of inbound sales processes and strategies.

  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.

  • Experience in managing payment recovery processes.

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing client retention strategies.

  • Experience working with freelancing platforms.

  • Good negotiation skills.

  • Experience in lead generation is preferred.
