Analyze and resolve customer queries via phone calls.
Provide high-quality, friendly, and prompt customer service to enhance the overall customer experience.
Resolve issues and inquiries quickly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Exceed expectations in conversation quality, response time, and service standards.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
Assist customers with urgent needs and provide tailored solutions based on their preferences.
Maintain sufficient product knowledge to handle customer inquiries effectively.
Contribute to building customer knowledge bases to streamline future responses.
Offer creative suggestions to improve operational efficiency and customer service.

Graduate freshers are welcome to apply.

Strong command of grammar and syntax.
Willingness to work from the office and be comfortable with night shifts.
