The Business Development Representative (BDR) team is the first point of contact for potential new customers, representing LogicMonitor with enthusiasm and professionalism. Our mission is to identify and qualify potential sales opportunities, leveraging our innovative AI Ops products, including Event Intelligence Solutions and next-generation AI agents for incident resolution and IT troubleshooting. Here's a Closer Look At This Key Role
- Create Sales Opportunities: Identify and generate sales opportunities for the sales team through strategic outbound prospecting.
- Technical Expertise: Utilize your technical knowledge of AI Ops and value-based insights to create leads and qualify prospects.
- Client Needs Assessment: Engage with prospects to understand their needs and timing, determining if LogicMonitor’s AI Ops solutions are a good fit.
- Campaign Collaboration: Work with Marketing and Sales to create and execute targeted outbound campaigns.
- Effective Communication: Develop interest through follow-ups with relevant messaging tailored to specific segments.
- Information Relay: Serve as a key resource for the team, sharing best practices, new features, competitive insights, and other valuable information.
- Team Engagement: Actively participate in weekly and monthly sales calls, discussing accomplishments, business plans, and strategies to achieve quotas.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's Degree or 1+ years outbound sales experience
- A very strong technical aptitude, preference for IT/AI skills
- Proficiency in oral and written communication skills

Compensation packages at LogicMonitor for eligible roles include base salary, a variable plan depending on role, along with comprehensive benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary target for new hires in the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. LogicMonitor employees in eligible roles are also granted equity based compensation, subject to Board of Director approval.
