What the day will look like

 

  • Handling a range of account management, servicing, sales and administration responsibilities
  • The first point of resolution for customer queries regarding their insurance needs.
  • Investigating and resolving queries over the phone and/or via email correspondence.
  • Working towards achieving both your KPI’s and your team’s revenue, acquisition, and retention targets.
  • Identifying new business and up-selling opportunities as you interact with our clients.
  • Multi-tasking whilst navigating a range of technologies and platforms
  • Partner with stakeholders and colleagues across the business to exceed client expectations.
  • Work within company policy, adhered to our call handling guidelines, compliance, laws and regulations.

We are looking for an individual with a can-do attitude who enjoys collaborating closely with clients and has the drive to learn and grow in our company. You will be part of a fast paced and varied Insurance Broking team who love to service our Non-For-Profit clients and build relationships.

 

The right candidate will be provided with full training and enrolled into Tier 1 if required with ongoing support and guidance throughout their career at Aon.

 

 

Skills and experience that will lead to success

 

  • 1 year experience across the insurance industry
  • Sound understanding of General Insurance across multiple lines
  • Passion for helping clients who are serving the community daily
  • Interested in dealing with clients and customers and offering outstanding service
  • Managing your workflow and proven success with prioritising work
  • A team player who enjoys contributing ideas in a great team environment
  • An all-rounder who thrives in a highly professional and fast paced position
  • Motivated to grow, learn, and become an integral part of this team
  • Tier 1 Compliance qualified, is highly desired but not essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
