Job description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Power Platform Developer to join our client’s team in Prague for a renowned global pharmaceutical client. This role involves developing robust solutions within a Microsoft environment, utilizing PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI to create impactful, user-friendly applications and data visualizations. The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation, an eye for innovation, and the ability to transform user requests into high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy applications using Microsoft PowerApps (Canvas and Model-driven Apps).
  • Automate workflows and business processes using Power Automate.
  • Create intuitive and dynamic reports and dashboards in Power BI, focusing on data visualization and performance optimization.
  • Utilize Microsoft Dataverse for data management, modeling, and integration with the Power Platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into functional applications and features.
  • Challenge existing technical directions when alternative solutions provide value without additional costs.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
  • Provide evidence of successful project history, such as customer satisfaction recommendations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience developing solutions within a Microsoft environment, particularly with PowerApps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
  • 5-10 years of experience creating reports and dashboards in Power BI.
  • Proficiency with development tools like Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Git, and other collaboration tools.

    • Exceptional Candidates Will Have:

    • In-depth expertise with Microsoft Dataverse, including data modeling and database management.
    • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its integration with the Power Platform.
    • Experience with Azure cloud services and integration with the Power Platform.
    • Strong understanding of data security practices and regulatory compliance in a pharmaceutical setting.
