Product Sourcer / Negotiator (E-commerce Experience)

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Supply Chain Sourcer/Negotiator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and negotiating with suppliers to ensure the best quality products and services are procured at the most competitive prices. The role requires a strong understanding of supply chain management principles, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers.

Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate potential suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure favorable pricing and conditions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
• Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
• Analyze market trends and developments to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including purchasing, logistics, and quality assurance, to ensure alignment and efficiency in the supply chain process.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to supply chain management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in supply chain sourcing and negotiation, preferably in E-commerce Industry.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and supply chain management software.
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to supply chain management.
