Job description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager with a proven track record in managing all social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving traffic to our posts, creating and managing ads, designing social media flyers, developing engaging content, and staying ahead of market trends through thorough research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement

  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms

  • Design visually appealing social media flyers and graphics

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns

  • Drive traffic to social media posts and company website through strategic content and engagement

  • Create and manage paid social media ad campaigns to maximize ROI

  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices

  • Conduct research on market trends and competitor activities to inform content and strategy

  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage online community interactions

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role

  • In-depth knowledge of all major social media platforms

  • Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics

  • Experience in creating and managing paid social media campaigns

  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
