OVERVIEW


We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Leader with a focus on multi-platform expertise, especially Salesforce Marketing Cloud but also Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role involves overseeing various CRM campaigns for our diverse client base. As a key member of our team, you'll report directly to the CRM & Strategy Director and will bring substantial experience with both platforms. This is an opportunity to be an integral part of a growing team, contributing to the development and success of new initiatives and services. 


WHAT YOU WILL DO


  • Act as a subject matter expert in CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce Marketing Cloud and also Microsoft Dynamics 365, to create customer engagement and retention campaigns, including profiling and segmentation.
  • Develop and manage workflows, templates, and automated processes for efficient execution of email, push notifications, and SMS campaigns across different platforms.
  • Utilize SQL for audience data segmentation, campaign testing, and deployments, alongside conducting ad-hoc analysis and debugging.
  • Apply scripting languages like AMPscript for personalization and dynamic content in email campaigns.
  • Employ your extensive experience in both Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Microsoft Dynamics 365 to provide innovative CRM solutions and guide the application of CRM strategies.
  • Select and implement email marketing automation techniques, adapting complex methods to achieve desired results.
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics, understanding performance drivers, and recommend strategies and tactics in response.
  • Foster operational excellence, process efficiency, and team morale to standardize and harmonize workflows across various accounts.
  • Collaborate in the development of customer segmentation strategies and provide campaign performance insights to senior leadership.
  • Promote the use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Microsoft Dynamics 365 within the agency, providing expert guidance, oversight, and training to the Client Services team.


WHAT YOU WILL BRING


  • 4+  years of experience in developing and executing CRM campaigns, with a focus on both Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, and familiarity with HTML.
  • Marketing Cloud or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certifications are a plus.
  • Strong background in marketing analytics, data analysis, reporting, or consumer insights.


KEY SKILLS


  • Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in executing B2C email marketing campaigns and implementation projects across multiple platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Proven project management skills and experience with marketing automation platforms in a high-tech environment.
  • Knowledge of loyalty program best practices, email marketing, marketing automation, and customer retention, with the ability to communicate these concepts persuasively.
  • Data-driven approach with an eye for detail and optimization.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
