Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: : Flexible hours, mostly at night, preferably 8:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Fort Lee, NJ) |  9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Manila Time).

Number of paid hours per week: (20 hours a week)


Key Responsibilities: 

 • Research and identify influencers aligned with client needs across TikTok, Instagram, and Douyin.
 • Communicate with influencers to negotiate rates, discuss project requirements, and manage contracts.
 • Track deliverables and ensure influencers meet deadlines.
 • Assist with sourcing talent, locations, and props for video shoots.
 • Coordinate schedules, bookings, and confirmations with vendors and crew.
 • Maintain detailed production schedules to ensure smooth operations.
 • Track project timelines and milestones using tools like Notion or Asana.
 • Act as the primary point of contact for influencers and vendors to resolve day-to-day questions.
 • Provide regular updates to the team and escalate critical concerns as needed.


SCOPE OF WORK
Influencer Outreach & Coordination:
  • Identify and vet influencers that align with client goals and target audience.
  • Manage outreach, communication, and contract negotiation processes.
  • Oversee influencer deliverables to ensure compliance with campaign objectives and deadlines.

Production Logistics:

  • Assist in planning and executing video shoots by coordinating resources such as talent, locations, and props.
  • Serve as the liaison between vendors, talent, and production teams to ensure smooth logistics.
  • Create and manage detailed production schedules to avoid conflicts or delays.

Project Management & Communication:

  • Use project management tools to track deadlines, deliverables, and key milestones.
  • Act as the central point of contact for influencers and vendors to address inquiries and ensure alignment.
  • Provide consistent updates to the internal team, flagging potential issues or delays early.
Requirements:
  • Language Skills: Fluency in both Mandarin and English is a plus, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent coordination, or project management.
  • Knowledge of Platforms: Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, Douyin, and their respective influencer landscapes.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Tools Proficiency: Experience using project management tools such as Notion, Asana, or Trello.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proven experience negotiating rates and contracts with influencers or vendors.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment and across different time zones.
  • Problem-Solving: Resourceful in troubleshooting issues and resolving conflicts with influencers or vendors.
  • Production Knowledge: Basic understanding of video production logistics, including talent and location sourcing, scheduling, and prop coordination, is a plus.
