We are a global leader in Lead generation and we power the growth of 200 clients across 15 countries in Europe & North America.

Dolead runs paid marketing campaigns faster, integrates customer data with confidence and generates sales-ready leads at a fixed cost per lead.

We’re looking for a Paid Acquisition Freelance Consultants to work with our team on international accounts across Europe - you will focus on lead generation and the running of paid media campaigns. We're looking for a strong Search & Social expertise - if you know both, even better!

This is a freelance role - full remote from Europe (+/- 2h from France)

2 missions available : French & Spanish speaker / French & English speaker  

3 days per week

Missions:

  • Manage high-budget advertising campaigns (+100k$/month) on multiple platforms, primarily Google, Bing, and Meta for various clients / verticals
  • Track and analyze performance (revenue, margin and quality) within your portfolio (20-25 clients) and continuously improve campaign performance
  • Harness data to continuously improve quality, volume and revenue
  • Test, learn, and iterate on new use cases to find the best ways to improve the existing advertising strategies
  • Work with Sales and Marketing-Operations teams to build and operate acquisition funnels

Profile:

  • 2+ years of experience in Search and / or Social advertising (Google, Bing, Meta Ads, experience with Snapchat or Tiktok Ads is a plus) managing lead generation/conversion/acquisition campaigns
  • Multi account management experience
  • Strong performance-mindset & analytical skills
  • Proactive, creative, and data-driven
  • Spanish and English Fluent (most of the campaigns are in Spanish)
  • Experience with spanish clients - knowledge of spanish market / trends
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Eager to work & interact with an international team
