All Heart Homecare is a leading homecare agency that has been providing top-notch services to its clients in all 5 boroughs of NYC for over 10 years. Our dedicated team shares the same values and strives to improve the quality of life of our clients in the comfort of their homes. We are currently seeking a new member of our team who will play a vital role in acquiring new referral sources and maintaining long-lasting partnerships with them.

Responsibilities:

Support the mission, vision and values of the All heart agency; adhere to its policies and procedures in carrying out the duties of this position
Develop and maintain partnerships with individual physicians, hospitals to increase awareness of our company
Develop and implement programs/projects and special events to increase general public awareness and increase registrations and engagement with us.
Prepares materials for statewide distribution, including working with the marketing department
Develops and maintains communication processes with statewide partners.
Provides regular progress updates at team meetings

Job Requirements:

Ability to travel within five boroughs of New York City
Previous health care marketing experience; Home Care preferred
Existing contacts and territorial knowledge of local area and referral sources
Be self-driven, positive, organized and have strong communication and time management skills
Experience for obtaining referrals for private pay patients preferred
Bilingual in Spanish or Russian is a plus
Clean, professional image, behavior and demeanor are expected at all times
