As the Interim Head of the Global Sales Development team, you will be leading the team of SDRs and one Team Lead. You will be responsible for enabling the team, from hiring, through onboarding and guiding them to success, by leading by example.
 

The position is open to remote candidates based in Germany (company headquarters are in Berlin), Spain, or the UK and have the right to work.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and steer CoachHub’s SDR activities, including planning, hiring, coaching, and performance management

  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture

  • Set clear team goals, supporting marketing and sales pipeline development strategy

  • Manage the performance of the Sales Development Representatives and KPI delivery

  • Discover training needs and provide coaching and support for career development

  • Build a Sales Development framework that follows CoachHub’s strategic direction 

  • Keep up with industry trends and best practices, including utilization of new technology and web resources

 

Your Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or a related role, with at least 2 years of a proven track record in leading high-performance teams

  • You can work in a complex, fast-paced environment with the willingness to adapt to changing priorities and business needs

  • Strong understanding of sales processes, lead generation techniques, and sales pipeline management best practices

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement. 

  • You bring trust and great communication skills (positive and energetic, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills, team orientation)

  • You speak English fluently (any additional languages are beneficial)

  • You are located in one of the following areas: Germany, Spain or UK.
