Job description

We are looking for you, a Facilities Manager who drives excellence on facilities management, assuring that standards and procedures are aligned with our organization and legal obligations.

Make an impact and drive improvements

In this position you will be essentially responsible for our facilities services and contract management with focus on safety, quality and costs. We expect you to act as a safety, quality and operation excellence ambassador.

You will report to the Factory Manager, Polinya & Kampen, be based in our office in Spain - Polinyà, work closely with several stakeholders and collaborating with other colleagues from all over the world.

You have relevant experience, global approach and enjoy comfortable working with many different cultures.

Key task

  • Internal service team management.
  • identifying needs, standards and assure the right services are in place
  • Promoting change management according with new requirements, new standards, improvement and new employees’ settlement
  • Ensuring local organisation is well informed of changes, specific maintenance interventions, other important topics that could interfere in the day-to-day site operation
  • Contracts and day to day management of your team, suppliers, visitors, authorities, and document control, ensuring quality and cost efficiency
  • Ad-hoc support to the organization

What does it take to become our team member?

  • Relevant work experience in the area
  • Bachelor’s degree preferable in technical areas, law or finance would be appreciated
  • Good knowledge of the local legislation.
  • Good knowledge of administration procedures.
  • MS office (PPT, World, Excel)
  • Spanish at native level and Fluent in English, written & spoken
