We're hiring the Senior Facilities Manager to join our Global Cencora Workplace solutions/Facilities team.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides leadership and support to strategic projects and initiatives pertaining to/including the presence and performance of enterprise Workplace Solutions team
- Ensures the Workplace Solutions business function is operating efficiently, meeting performance obligations and remaining compliant with Cencora processes/policies. (budget planning, enterprise staffing, risk management, business continuity, etc.)
- Provides project management, oversight and direction to drive strategic projects and initiatives.
- Actively integrate forward-thinking workplace strategies, proven best practices and pertinent experience into the Cencora Workplace standards, ensuring that the tools represent the best of Cencora brand, culture, and business functionality
- Consults with internal ‘customers’ and external partners to ensure the appropriate integration of Cencora Workplace Standards into Cencora locations, projects, and work environments.
- Develops and defines working relationships between Workplace and other corporate functions and resources, such as EITS, Sourcing, CSRA, Legal, Finance, SMM and Marketing to ensure compliance, effective resource utilization, customer service, and accountability.
- Develop, implement, and maintain workplace protocols and processes to support the virtual workplace environment.
- Researches and engages in opportunities to showcase Cencora as a workplace/employer of choice.
- Continuously searches for process improvements and synergy opportunities across the Cencora enterprise.
- Works with Workplace leaders to generate and oversee budgets and CER’s for related Capital and OPEX projects/initiatives.
- Prepares project plans, fiscal year and Long-Range expenditure budgets.
- Actively engages to provide and receive feedback.
- Promotes active learning and leadership within Cencora
- Exemplifies purposeful work, prioritizes customer service, and champions corporate culture.
- Accountability to Workplace Services leadership and local customers.
- Role may require travel to local offices, as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned

What you'll have:
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, facilities management obtained through completion of bachelor’s degree program.
- Minimum 5-10 years of relevant and progressively responsible experience.
MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Strong understanding of facility management and security concepts and principles
- Good project management skills
- Ability to engage, train, motivate and direct the work of others
- Excellent problem-solving skills: ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently
