3. Prior knowledge of implementation and customization of the SugarCRM module(Mandatory).
• How to create a module in SugarCRM using Module Builder Studio.
• Customization of modules built using SugarCRM(
• Creating API using SugarCRM features.
• Create or schedule CRON jobs using Sugar CRM
• Understand the inbuilt feature of SugarCRM Like (Roles/Reports/user management)
• Upgrade/Hotfixes SugarCRM versions using the packages released by SugarCRM.
