We are looking for an experienced and talented Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our All Heart Homecare Agency team with experience in the US market.

Objectives:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to market.

- Create and manage marketing campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing customers.

- Identify target audience and their needs, conduct competitor and market analysis.

- Developing and managing the budget for marketing activities.

- Organizing the work of the marketing team, including recruiting and managing its performance.

- Collaborating with other departments to improve the product and maximize its value to customers.

- Analyzing the results of marketing activities and developing recommendations to optimize marketing strategies.

Requirements:

- Experience in a CMO or similar role, preferably in a technical environment.

- Strong skills in marketing strategy development, creative thinking and analytics.

- Strong knowledge of English and Russian, both written and verbal.
