Job Description

We seek a creative and results-driven Social Media Growth Expert to elevate one of the brands we're serving in the toys/games industry and engage audience across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow our social media following, increase engagement, and drive brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our brand voice and goals
  • Create and manage a content calendar for Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Produce high-quality video content, including product videos, social reels, and promotional material.
  • Edit videos to ensure they're optimized for each platform
  • Manage and grow our social media communities, responding to comments and messages promptly
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers to expand our reach and credibility. 
  • Planned and executed product photo and video shoots.
  • Analyze social media metrics and provide regular performance reports
  • Stay updated on social media trends and platform updates, adjusting strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency across all channels

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in social media management and growth, particularly on Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn preferably in the game, sports, or toy brand.
  • Expert-level skills in video editing and production
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
  • Familiarity with e-commerce and driving sales through social media
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices
  • Experience in influencer outreach and management
  • Excellent visual and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with product photography and videography
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns and video content

Additional Information
  • Experience in the sports or outdoor recreation industry
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles
