Key responsabilities:
- Drive business development and sales initiatives in South Korea market
- Manage OEM and end user relationships to increase share-of-wallet and explore new opportunities
- Provide market trends feedback, implement go-to-market strategy, and enhance Regal Rexnord's product solutions market share
- Track sales forecasting accuracy, identify customer needs for new solutions, build trust and effective communication with leadership
- Coordinate with Product teams and colleagues, and adhere to company values and assigned tasks
