About the team

We are looking for a Retail Operations Coordinator Licenses (LIC) to support our Retails License business. The buying coordinator LIC will work closely with Planners, Merchandisers, as well as Operation team. He/She will be the main contact between the Retail License partners and our internal Operations teams.

He/She will be responsible for all system and master data maintenance (SAP/PIM/POS/EXCEL) of License Product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the main contact of all retail licensing products for all licensing partners.

  • Be the gatekeeper of all Licensing product master data and keep the system updated and accurate.

  • Master EDI system (SAP/PIM/POS/EXCEL).

  • Ongoing Operational support to the PVH O&O Buying and Production teams

  • Participation in special projects and data migration

  • Define and Own the style set up process optimization for all Licensing products

  • Drive the style set up and maintenance process from A-Z

  • New Vendor creation

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Desired 1-2 years’ of experience

  • Quick learner and understand how to improve day to day process for Licensing business

  • Detail oriented and able to meet 100% accuracy of data management across multi platforms

  • Demonstrate initiatives and deliver task within the required deadline without jeopardizing quality of work.

  • Able to identify priorities and potential bottleneck process and come up with possible solution and execution

  • Excellence in organizational and collaboration with other colleagues to execute ideas/solution on process improvement.

  • Strong analytical skills that can see the bigger picture of the business needs.

  • Excellent skills on Excel (and SAP FMS is a plus)

  • Positive work ethics that can perform under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced demanding environment.

  • The ability to build relationships with other internal and external teams and functions for personal and business development
