Your Role:
As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating, implementing, tracking and optimizing digital campaigns for your Enterprise Clients across all service lines including digital advertising, creative, email/sms, organic social, and SEO. You will also serve as the main point of contact and client success manager at Blue Wheel for 1-2 brands depending on size of the client. In partnership with the team leads for each service line, you will coordinate the 360 view of the client relationship and advocate for the client’s goals and success factors for the relationship. This person will work collaboratively with internal channel specialists to ensure your strategy and vision is implemented successfully, evaluated accurately and proactively adjusted to drive success.
Responsibilities:
Ensure our Enterprise clients are hitting goals related to revenue and budgets
Develop and maintain strong relationships withclients, understanding their business goals and aligning our services to meet their needs.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, creative, back end operations, and analytics, to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns and projects.
Build strategic plans to maximize client growth and retention
Deliver high-quality client presentations, reports, and other communication materials.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams.
Desired Skills & Experience
5 years + experience successfully managing performance marketing scopes for enterprise clients.
5 years + hands-on experience in Full Service Amazon, Amazon Advertising and DTC Marketing
Experienced in financial reporting and forecasting
Strong Presentation Skills
Obsessed with client experience and problem solving
Driven by KPIs with the soft skills to manage high-level relationships with both clients and ineternalemployees
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to foster/maintain relationships across multiple businesses and organizations
Experience in consumer products is required, experience in CPG, fashion, beauty, and home is a plus

Understand your clients, Blue Wheel systems, and start tracking KPIs
Begin to evaluate current client strategies and provide improvement recommendations
Begin shadowing via recordings and sitting in on 1:1s for assigned client book.
Gain a deep understanding of your Client’s services, goals, and challenges
Craft a comprehensive plan for client satisfaction, Account Management retention/development to the executive team.
Begin joining applicable internal meetings & external meetings with Clients
Learn and start using BLue Wheel’s reporting systems to better identify opportunities for your Clients
In your first 60 days...
Lead external calls with Enterprise Clients & internal calls
Initiate regular check-ins with the account management team to provide guidance and support.
Present mock presentations to internal management to approve before presenting to Clients
Measure, analyze, and improve performance metrics and KPIs for your Clients
Project manage internal teams to ensure campaigns are being executed
In your first 90 days...
Establish regular communication channels with clients to gather feedback and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
Drive continued growth of the business with innovation and new business opportunities
Responsible for hitting client goals and retention metrics
Reporting into Client Services Director and executive management on success metrics, key initiative progress and opportunities for Enterprise clients
