Client is seeking an experienced Orbit Analytics Architect with expertise in Oracle R12 ERP and Oracle Fusion Cloud table structures. Must have experience migrating reports from Oracle Discoverer.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a migration plan from Oracle Discoverer to Orbit Analytics.
• Analyze current Oracle Discoverer reports and dashboards.
• Design and implement solutions for migrating reports, dashboards, and data models to Orbit Analytics.
• Develop reports, conduct technical unit testing, and perform quality assurance testing before moving to UAT for CRP and UAT testing.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance during the migration process.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency during migration.
• Optimize performance of the Orbit Analytics environment.
• Integrate data from Oracle R12 ERP and Oracle Fusion Cloud into Orbit Analytics.
• Collaborate with ERP and cloud teams to address data requirements and challenges.
• Work with business users to meet reporting needs post-migration.
• Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure migrated reports function correctly.
• Identify and resolve migration issues.
• Conduct post-migration reviews to meet objectives.
• Stay updated with Orbit Analytics features and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for optimization of the Orbit Analytics environment.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance post-migration.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in Oracle Discoverer and Orbit Analytics.
• Extensive experience with Oracle R12 ERP and Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• At least 5 years of experience in business intelligence and data analytics.
• Experience leading migration projects.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and database management.
• Proficiency in Orbit Analytics, Oracle Discoverer, Oracle R12 ERP, and Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with data visualization tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Project management skills to manage multiple priorities.
