Recruitment Delivery Consultant - Non Tech (leadership)

Position Overview:

WorkInCrypto is leading senior and leadership recruitment in the crypto sector and looking to hire a delivery consultant with non tech and leadership hiring experience to join us remotely.

This job can be performed from anywhere within Europe or as long as you accommodate European time zones.

Crypto experience would be ideal.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies

- Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job postings, social media, and networking events

- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role

- Build and maintain a strong network of candidates and industry professionals

- Collaborate with hiring managers to provide guidance and feedback on candidate selection

- Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure a competitive advantage in attracting top talent

- Assist in developing and implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- Minimum of 3 years experience in recruitment, preferably in the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry

- Strong understanding of leadership roles and responsibilities within the industry

- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates in leadership positions

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools

- Passion for the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry and a desire to stay current with industry developments
