This is a fully remote opportunity!

Are you looking to learn the world of recruiting? Do you have a background in sales? Do you have great communication skills and strong time management skills? As an Insurance Recruiter, you will partner with a senior management team member to execute the full life cycle of recruitment activities relating to screening, interviewing, assessing and selection to ensure a seamless candidate interview and new hire experience. You create an active and diverse pipeline of sourced, qualified candidates utilizing employee referrals, our Applicant Tracking System and online recruiting resources. Your interpersonal and communication skills come in handy as you build influential relationships during the selection process and act as a point of contact for candidates, while also working closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs to identify the right talent with appropriate skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
