Job description

We are the makers of casual mobile hit Love & Pies, which launched in September 2021 and has now found its way into the hands of millions of players worldwide. We’re backed by Supercell, one of the biggest and best in the industry.

We make snackable yet nourishing games for everyone—built to fit into your daily life but with the emotional depth of your favourite TV show. Our team always comes first at Trailmix, and our culture is built on high performance and high care. We strive to be the best versions of ourselves, but always within an environment based on inclusivity, respect, and safety, no matter who you are or where you come from

The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic, switched-on, and passionate Talent Acquisition Partner to join the People and Talent Team on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract with the possibility of becoming a permanent role.

As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you will report to our People Ops and Talent Director and play a pivotal role in supporting, attracting and recruiting diverse, high-performing talent for Trailmix as we grow across two studio locations (London & Berlin). Your expertise in the gaming industry will ensure our recruitment and talent strategies are cost-effective and aligned with our brand and business goals, delivering exceptional experiences for both candidates and our hiring managers.

Working with the wider People and Talent team, you'll develop and articulate our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and integrate it seamlessly into the candidate experience and external platforms.

You will navigate the intricacies of each role to secure top-tier talent within the industry, enabling Trailmix to build a high-performing team. You will be a true business partner to our hiring managers, guiding them through the hiring process.

In addition to managing and optimising our ATS system, Breezy, to streamline recruitment processes and achieve outstanding results, you will actively engage with our external talent resource to ensure alignment in our ways of working.

You'll proactively organise and participate in external meetups, gatherings, and events to connect with top talent and position Trailmix as an employer of choice. Your commitment to diversity and inclusion will drive partnerships with relevant charities and organisations, widening our candidate pool and reach within the industry.

Cultivating a vibrant network in the gaming industry will be second nature to you. You'll champion a diverse and inclusive environment, coordinate external events, and develop partnerships that aid our recruitment efforts.

  • Be a candidate experience champion and ensure a seamless and positive journey for candidates from recruitment to onboarding, enhancing our employer brand and attracting top-tier talent.
  • Proactively engage and develop impactful relationships with hiring managers across the business, ensuring alignment with hiring needs and understanding the core aspects of every role.
  • Act as a key member of the People and Talent team, inspiring the team towards talent excellence and bridging the gap from the candidate's offer to the start of their Trailmix journey.

  • Provide comprehensive reports on project goals, milestones, and achievements, ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged in our talent progress.
  • Develop and refine recruitment processes, pioneering streamlined workflows and innovative practices to position our talent team as leaders in the field.
  • Utilise diverse resources to source candidates proactively, identifying new, cost-effective avenues to expand our talent pool.
