Description

We are looking for a business application manager to support our HR business processes, and to optimize them using multiple information systems. Your responsibilities will include leading internal applications projects in a fast-paced global environment and supporting multiple units with ongoing changes in their business processes.

This position requires tight collaboration with various teams and vendors and the ability to define cross-functional business processes, implement changes and enhancements, and provide data analysis on a regular basis.


About The Role

Hands-on business applications management, including configuration, maintenance, and documentation of multiple information systems, as well as their continuous improvement in the corporate domains.

Initiate and lead projects: design, implement, test, document, and maintain business applications to ensure continuous delivery of innovative, high-quality solutions and meet the business needs

Proactively initiate solutions to increase efficiency and visibility across the organization.

Work independently, and directly with multiple stakeholders inside and outside the company to identify pain points, identify process improvement opportunities, and push to create automation where appropriate.

Manage change communication and coordinate end-user training for system implementations.

Assist in data maintenance, reports generation and forecasting process.


Requirements

  • 3 years experience with SAP SuccessFactors system management in medium–large-size companies – advantage.
  • Understanding HR business processes, best practices, and functionality - must.
  • API & Integration experience – Advantage 
  • Ability to work independently, manage your tasks, and proactively solve problems 
  • Experience working with Excel and relational databases such as SQL
  • Team Player, dynamic with excellent communication and collaboration skills - Both written and verbal (English and Hebrew)
