Your missions

Dignotion is looking to contract a freelance Recruiter to fill in positions for our new US office and globally. This recruiter will be managing our job site, source candidates and create workflows for screening.

You are expected to manage the following tasks independently:
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, professional groups and other databases
  • Create talent pipelines to ensure the continued flow of qualified applicants
  • Reach out to potential candidates and serve as their point of contact
  • Develop job descriptions and post jobs to job boards as necessary
  • Screen candidates and assess them for skillset and overall fit
  • Provide recruiting reports and projections
  • Assist with onboarding as necessary


Requirements
  • Experience as a Recruiter
  • Experience in the marketing / tech / agency industries
  • Familiarity with HR Systems such as Zoho Recruit
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Experience working for and hiring for a remote team is a big plus
