This is a remote position.

George Bernard India is looking to collaborate with Tech Recruiters in-order to fulfil their clients requirements in India and abroad

The tech recruiter/s will be responsible for analyzing clients and their requirements thereby identifying high caliber candidates to meet the expectations of the clients and placing suitable candidates.

Responsibilities

Study and analyze the Job descriptions shared by clients
Coordinate with hiring managers to define necessary requirements for open roles
Create and run market maps for each technology stack
Send recruiting emails to passive candidates and follow up when necessary
Browse resume databases and portfolio sites
Join social media groups and professional networks and interact with potential candidates
Advertise open positions to external networks
Ask for referrals from current employees, acquaintances and industry professionals
Maintain organized databases with candidates’ data (e.g. in our ATS)
Keep in touch with past applicants
Use Boolean search to look for qualified candidates for hard-to-fill roles
Measure source of hire and time-to-fill for each role
Research and recommend new sourcing tools and techniques
