Role and Responsibilities:

DataPower Certificate Renewal in Lower & Prod Environment. Create a change ticket in ServiceSnow & implement changes in NDC/Tulsa/CSMC Datacenter.
Participate in CSL release every week. Update in corresponding Tulsa appliances too.
Participate in DR activity every week to keep all the appliances in sync.
Create client id & scope changes on a daily basis & service configuration for all services.
Firmware Upgrade across all data centers as per IBM standards.
Support QA, Stage & Prod deployments for applications like CPP, eMLA, CrewPay, and Aflyers ReWrite application.
Monitoring & troubleshooting using tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, and Dynatrace.
