More specifically, as a Field Sales Representative, you will:

“Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc);
Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness;
Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long- lasting relationships;
Meet personal and team sales targets;
Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads;
Attend meetings sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments;
Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of expertise in B to B field sales at mid – senior level management;
Track record of consistently achieving quota in past positions;
A good understanding of information technology, particularly web-based application
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills;
Previous experience in banking sector and Card Terminals is a great plus;
Understanding of financial products / services features and advantages;
Experience in working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems;
Outstanding negotiation / sales skills with proven closing ability;
Strong organizational and diary management skills;
Resilient and persistent, able to handle objections;
A results-driven approach and strong self-drive, along with the ability to work under pressure to achieve sales targets;
Motivated to succeed, both personally and financially;
Bachelors degree;
A valid driving license;
Fluent in French;
Excellent use of English is an advantage.
