SAP MDG SR.DEVELOPER/JR ARCHITECT

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand master data requirements and design SAP MDG solutions
• Develop and customize SAP MDG applications, including data modeling, UI configurations, and data replication
• Create and maintain data models, value mappings, and data quality rules to support master data governance processes
• Implement and enhance data validation and enrichment processes within the SAP MDG framework
• Configure and manage workflow processes to ensure efficient data approval and change management
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and functional teams
• Participate in system testing, performance tuning, and optimization of SAP MDG applications
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business requirements and best practices
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of SAP MDG functionalities and processes
• Stay updated with SAP MDG advancements and industry best practices
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users and support teams
• Participate in the design and implementation of data migration and integration strategies
• Support the resolution of technical issues and participate in system upgrades and enhancements
• Contribute to the documentation and maintenance of technical specifications and process flows
• Assist in the evaluation and selection of SAP MDG tools and technologies

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field
• Proven experience in SAP MDG development, configuration, and implementation
• Proficiency in ABAP programming and SAP enhancement techniques
• Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and frameworks
• Experience in SAP workflow management and customization
• Knowledge of SAP HANA database and data replication techniques
• In-depth understanding of master data governance principles and best practices
• Ability to interpret and translate business requirements into technical solutions within the SAP MDG framework
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work in cross-functional teams
• Certifications in SAP MDG and related SAP modules is a plus
• Experience in data migration and integration projects is desirable
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori and UI5 development is advantageous
• Understanding of data quality management and data enrichment strategies
• Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and methodologies in the SAP ecosystem
