Seeking a highly driven and creative Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team. You will be part of a team of 2-4 EAs supporting a busy founder with personal and work tasks, with significant responsibilities and tasks that will grow with time.
Responsibilities
Executive Support and Representation
- Act as a proxy for the executive, managing communication and decision-making processes.
- Maintain and manage the executive's schedule, ensuring efficient time management and prioritization of tasks.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity, representing the executive's interests.
Creative Problem-Solving and Initiative
- Continuously seek innovative solutions to complex challenges.
- Proactively identify areas of improvement and propose creative strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Take the initiative to start and complete projects with minimal guidance, demonstrating high independence and resourcefulness.
Communication and Collaboration
- Over-communicate plans, thoughts, and actions to the executive team.
- Work collaboratively with other assistants and team members to ensure a cohesive approach to task management.
- Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas and feedback to improve overall team performance.
Requirements
Technical Skills
- Experience in an executive assistant role or similar (3+ years preferred).
- Proficiency in office management software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Familiarity with project management tools and collaboration platforms (e.g., Notion, Asana, Slack).
Soft Skills
