Finance Manager at Secoda

As the Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in our growth and financial health by overseeing and managing aspects of our finance and accounting functions, and influencing strategic decisions to help us scale.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain the annual budget, monthly and quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans to support strategic decision-making

• Support our CEO in updating Secoda’s valuation and revenue reporting as necessitated by significant financial events. 

• Deliver monthly/quarterly updates for investors and prepare deep financial analysis on performance for Board meetings

• Own all accounting functions including full cycle accounting, AR, AP, and payroll

• Partner with and be the main POC for our external accounting team. 

• Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

Who You Are:

• 5+ years of experience, ideally a combination of public accounting and industry

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field

• Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

• A strong communicator that can present to the Board and Leadership team of key financial metrics

• Understanding of GTM motions and financial nuances for fast paced technology companies.
