Your missions

Raven360 enables B2B businesses with the ability to accelerate onboarding and training with a methodology and SaaS learning delivery platform that creates product experts at scale. We uniquely deploy internal and public-facing digital academies targeted at Customer Success and Marketing Departments.

We seek an Account Executive to deliver a highly differentiated value proposition uniquely appealing to Customer Success and Marketing Departments predominantly in the B2B technology sector. We currently highly target B2B SaaS companies with a complex tech offering. Having Challenger Sales Methodology, MEDDICC qualification understanding, and HubSpot CRM skills is a big plus.

The objective of the Account Executive is simple - to bring new business to Raven360. But this is not your run-of-the-mill sales job. As an Account Executive, you'll work with prospective clients to educate them on the Raven360 customer journey and platform. By building a relationship within these Industries, you’ll get the opportunity to empower customers to - Stop losing customers, wasting time, and damaging their brand reputation. Instead, feel confident and in control while creating product experts and informed prospects at scale.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Be persuasive in influencing gatekeepers, Mid-level and C-level management.

  • Bring your creative thinking, listening skills, and an open mind to new sales methodologies, technologies, and tactics.
  • Educate and guide industry professionals to utilize automation and data to create untapped value for their businesses.
  • Bring a team player attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Own and exceed a monthly individual quota working inbound and self-sourced leads through qualification, demo, consensus building, and close.
  • Work hand in hand with your team and the Director of Sales as a thought and strategy partner to drive revenue attainment in a cutting-edge sales organization.
  • Drive revenue in a fast-growing firm where your impact, growth, and success matter.

We are looking for people who have:

3+ years of work experience in B2B SaaS sales, focusing on selling to marketing and/or customer success teams.

  • High energy and positive attitude.
  • High activity and results-driven work ethics.
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills to establish credibility with executives.
  • Experience negotiating and navigating contracts and legal discussions.
  • Proficient: CRM (HubSpot), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SeamlessAI, 6Sense, MS Office.
  • Preferred understanding of the Challenger Sales Methodology and MEDDICC qualification best practices.
  • Proven ability to execute a thorough sales discovery and follow the Challenger Methodology.
  • Persuasive speaking skills and persistent with follow-up
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote team environment.
  • Strong financial acumen related to product pricing, customer profitability, and achieving sales goals.
  • BS/BA degree preferred (or commensurate experience).
