About the role

Our Sales team is the engine that drives new customer acquisition and engagement for Revolut Business across the globe. Each area of the department works like special forces: from prospecting to acquisition and activation, they own their market segments with a super solution-oriented approach and use their know-how to grow our customer base at breakneck speed 🚀

We’re looking for a Senior Integration Specialist with strong technical and business skills. This role involves mastering our integrations and APIs, offering excellent customer experience to our current and potential clients, while offering Revolut’s features and advising on solutions for their requirements.

What you’ll be doing

  • Understanding customer requirements and communicating how Revolut can solve their business and technical challenges

  • Providing guidance and support for our API products throughout the customer life cycle, ensuring successful integrations, and creating technical content to demonstrate best practices

  • Acting as a liaison between the Support and Engineering teams to review, solve, and escalate customer issues, while helping to improve customer experience

  • Planning and executing integration engineering end-to-end, from high-level architecture down to code implementation together with our customers

  • Serving as the primary, ongoing technical point of contact for our customers, partners, and sales teams

What you'll need

  • 3+ years of experience as an Integration Engineer, Implementation Support Agent, or Tech Support Agent for a payment provider company

  • 1+ year of experience in customer relations, support, or sales

  • A deep understanding of API building, especially in a cloud environment

  • An understanding of RESTful APIs (concepts, design principles, common practises)

  • Coding skills

  • Fluency in English

Nice to have

  • Experience in a start-up environment

  • Experience collaborating with product teams

  • Fluency in other languages
