About the role

The Growth team is the engine that (as you would expect) drives Revolut’s growth across the globe.

With a community and marketing-driven approach, they ensure our features are the preferred choice of the majority of people living in a target country or region ⭐

Each area of the team works like special forces: from acquisition to engagement, they own their markets and use their know-how to grow the brand and our customer base at breakneck speed.

We’re looking for a Brand Activation Manager to build Revolut’s brand globally.

What you’ll be doing

  • Building Revolut’s brand into a global household name, driving brand consistency and adoption around the world

  • Delivering on Revolut’s brand strategy to increase both Revolut brand awareness and brand consideration among different audience categories

  • Working with world-class brand agencies to deliver ATL campaigns to drive brand awareness

  • Building scalable processes to define brand strategy, customer segmentation, and external messaging frameworks

  • Setting a consistently high bar for content quality of all marketing assets and events

  • Executing brand marketing campaigns

  • Consulting local marketing on brand execution in their markets

What you'll need

  • Creative brand marketing expertise building awareness of brands that people love

  • A track record of marketing excellence, having led cross-channel marketing campaigns that you designed, implemented, and evaluated

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, using data to build and constantly improve your marketing strategy

Nice to have

  • Experience in consulting

  • A data-driven mindset
