Key responsabilities:
- Review study briefings and communicate with site clients to confirm interest and information receipt.
- Manage relationships with site clients from selection stage through execution, update team on preferences and concerns.
- Efficiently onboard clients, work on retention strategies, escalate issues for prompt resolution.
- Maintain CRM records of client interactions, ensure accuracy in communication and data management.
- Participate in study pipeline review, handle client questions, capabilities/metrics, and strategy execution.
