Job :
As a remote travel agent, you will assist clients with booking travel-related services like hotels, rental cars, and airfare. You will provide informed advice on vacation destinations, schedules, and travel insurance alternatives. You will also ensure a high level of client satisfaction, resolve conflicts, and answer queries from clients.

Responsibility:

• Assist clients in making trip plans, including booking accommodations, flights, and rental cars.
• Provide informed advice on vacation destinations, schedules, and travel insurance alternatives.
• Answer queries and complaints from customers as soon as possible.
• Make sure that every interaction and transaction with customers is appropriately recorded.
• Stay up to date on legal and business developments regarding travel.
• As a team, ensure that the client experience is perfect.

Requirements:

• Gather traveler data with diligence and maintain the highest level of secrecy when handling client data.
•  Process deposits and payments with ease.
•  Make sure to precisely verify names and addresses. 
• Ensure that your contact details for clients are current.
• Observe the most recent limitations on travel.
• Must be a U. S. citizen
