Responsibilities

• Assist German-speaking clients in planning and booking their dream travel experiences in Greece.
• Provide personalized travel advice and recommendations on destinations, accommodations, and itineraries.
• Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and chat, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Resolve any travel-related inquiries or concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
• Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and travel arrangements.
• Stay informed about travel trends, promotions, and changes within the travel industry.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements

• Fluent in German (spoken and written) is required.
• Experience in customer service or sales, preferably within the travel industry.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on understanding client needs.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with travel booking systems and online platforms is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends when necessary.
