Our client is located in Mayfield, KY. They currently own and operate over 50 restaurants in multiple states. They are in a rapid growth period with many more locations opening by the end of the fiscal year.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Collect, compile and enter payroll data into HRIS
Maintain HR/payroll records including new employees, terminations, transfers, promotions, pay information and deductions
Maintain garnishment records
Investigate and correct payroll discrepancies and errors
Review and track new hire paperwork
Process terminations
Address employee's pay-related concerns and provide accurate payroll information
Complete requests for pay-related documents including statements and verifications
Assist with insurance administration
Scan documents and maintain electronic files
Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent
Proven experience processing payroll
Solid data entry skills
Good working knowledge of relevant software – Excel, Word
Strong numerical skills

Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.

Salary: $800 - $1000 / month
