The Payroll Administrator is a part time position and will provide pivotal support to the business and partner with the Finance and People Teams to ensure the efficient administration of payroll processes for monthly and semi-monthly payrolls for our approx. 90 employees across the US, Australia, UK and India.

Duties:

  • Support end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring timeliness and accuracy
  • Supporting the lifecycle of semi-monthly (US) and monthly (Australia, UK and India) payroll processes for circa 90 employees.
  • Manage processing of payroll data within our payroll systems 
  • Proactively identify and resolve payroll discrepancies or issues, serving as an escalation point for additional inquiries.
  • Support in processing regular and ad hoc reporting requests.
  • Assist with new hire onboarding.

You will need:

  • 2+ years experience in payroll and benefits.
  • Good knowledge or payroll processes, tax regulations and wage + hour laws.
  • Proficient in payroll software e.g. ADP, Xero and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Experience working in multiple states or countries advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Problem- solving skills and continuous learning mindset.
