Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage conversion rate optimization strategies to improve the effectiveness of acquisition campaigns and maximize ROI.
  • Analyze user behavior using analytics tools and make data-driven proposals.
  • Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to identify best practices and optimize conversion.
  • Collaborate closely with design, development, product, and marketing teams to ensure the effective implementation of CRO strategies.
  • Monitor and report on CRO initiatives, providing regular and detailed reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate with the product management team to align CRO strategies with product roadmaps and goals.
  • Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on CRO insights and data analysis.
  • Coordinate with product teams to ensure seamless integration of CRO insights into the product development lifecycle.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in conversion rate optimization and apply them to ensure our CRO strategies are innovative and effective.
  • Participate in product planning and strategy sessions to advocate for CRO-driven improvements and features.
  • Ensure that product changes and updates are effectively communicated to all relevant stakeholders, including marketing, design, and development teams.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience of at least five years in a similar CRO role for mobile apps, Product Management, or app marketing.
  • Deep understanding of app marketing (ASO, SEM & Social Ads) including knowledge of algorithms, optimization methods, and effective strategies for growing app installs.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, including analyzing statistical data to make optimization decisions of A/B tests using tools like Firebase, Amplitude, RevenueCat, Qlik, among others.
  • Ability to lead a team and excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with developers, designers, product owners, and other professionals.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Analytical and continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on results.
  • Special sensitivity to marketing to understand users from an analytical and psychological perspective, identifying behavioral patterns, trends, and optimization opportunities.
  • High proficiency in Spanish and English (other languages are a plus).
  • Passionate about the mobile world.
