Global Supply Chain Coordinator

Our client's core products include: Claw Machines, Amusement Machines, Gumball Machines, and Snack and Soda Vending Machines.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for forecasting and coordinating shipments with our client's overseas suppliers (particularly in China and Korea). You will also handle coordination of packing slips, SKU labeling, identification, packing, and receiving. Additionally, you will work closely with our product development team to compile stats and data on all products and SKUs, build a comprehensive knowledge base and FAQ, and suggest product improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Supply Chain Coordination:

• Forecasting demand and coordinating shipments with overseas suppliers (especially in China).
• Handling packing slips, SKU labeling, and identification of products.
• Overseeing the packing and receiving processes.
• Reconciliation of invoices, packing slips, and payments.

Product Development:

• Compiling and analyzing statistics and data on all products and SKUs.
• Building and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base and FAQ for products.
• Suggesting product improvements based on data analysis and market trends.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Working closely with the product development team to ensure seamless product transitions and launches.
• Collaborating with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to improve overall product offerings.

Supplier Relationship Management:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with overseas suppliers.
• Negotiating purchase orders and ensuring quality standards are met.

Quality Control and Assurance:

• Monitoring product quality and ensuring that all products meet company standards.
• Identifying areas for improvement in supply chain processes and implementing solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in supply chain coordination, especially with overseas suppliers (preferably in China).

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to compile and analyze data effectively.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in the vending or machine manufacturing industry is a plus.

• Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
• Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
• Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.

Salary: $900 - $1200 / month
