Job description

Wantable is seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. The Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible for managing the movement of goods, ensuring timely delivery, and optimizing costs. This role will require working closely with suppliers, logistics providers, the buying team, and other internal teams to ensure a smooth supply chain process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate the delivery of goods from suppliers to our consolidation center and/or fulfillment center
  • Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Work with logistics providers to optimize shipping routes and minimize transportation costs
  • Manage shipment documentation between Wantable facilities
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure inventory levels across categories are fulfilled through purchase order delivery dates and expedited shipment
  • Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Review logistics partner invoices for accuracy 
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or related field
  • Fluency in the English language
  • 3+ years of experience in a supply chain or logistics role
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time according to priorities
  • Strong communication skills especially in regards to writing
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and knowledge of Google Suite
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Willing to work on a WEEKEND

Remote / In-Office requirements:

This position can be partial or fully remote; however some mandatory meetings and events may need to be scheduled in person at our office in Manila as directed by your supervisor. Employee must be willing to work flexible hours when required.

Due to the remote nature of this role, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship. Resumes and communication must be submitted in English. 

This role requires night/weekend adjustments and therefore doesn’t have set “business hours” however most operations, meetings, and work is expected to be done during business hours M-F central standard time.
