Your missions

ARFA Solutions, LLC is seeking a skilled PowerBI Developer to join our team. As a PowerBI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and create visualizations that provide valuable insights to the business.

Responsibilities

Design and develop Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models.
Gather and analyze business requirements to create meaningful visualizations.
Build and maintain data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data into Power BI.
Optimize report performance and data refresh schedules to ensure smooth operations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to validate and iterate on report designs.
Train end-users on how to interact with and interpret Power BI reports.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Power BI features and capabilities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a PowerBI Developer or similar role.
Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX formula language.
In-depth knowledge of data visualization best practices and design principles.
Experience with data modeling and data warehouse concepts.
Proficient in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is a plus.
Power BI certifications are highly desirable.
