Our client is a Finnish company specializing in employee benefit solutions. They provide a digital platform that enables employers to offer a flexible range of benefits to their employees, including gift vouchers, meal vouchers, and wellness and cultural vouchers. Recently, the client has expanded its reach by acquiring a company that focuses exclusively on sports-related benefits for employees. This integration will require consolidating data, aligning product features, and adapting functionalities to ensure the platform meets the diverse needs.

Requirements

We are seeking a Power BI Reporting Specialist with a passion for data visualization and a keen eye for detail.This role is ideal for someone with at least 2 years of experience in creating Power BI reports.

• At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Power BI.
• Experienced in utilizing DAX formulas and familiar with the best practices of data modelling in Power BI (e.g. star schema)
• Knowledge of SQL is a strong advantage.
• Detail-oriented approach with the ability to create clear, actionable reports.
• Proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Job responsibilities

• Pull data from various systems into one single data platform, consolidate the data and build reports for stakeholders across all countries.
• Develop Power BI Reports: Design and implement new Power BI reports based on stakeholder requirements, ensuring clarity and actionable insights.
• Maintain Existing Reports: Regularly update and enhance existing Power BI reports, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Contribute to Global Data Platform Development: Collaborate with data engineers to process and transform data so that it’s optimized for the needs of Power BI reports
