Description
- Insight-Driven Sales: Shift from product-centric to solution-centric sales. Understand and address the unique needs of enterprise clients.
- Engaging Solutions: Present our offerings through interactive, innovative sales experiences.
- Market Expertise: Tailor strategies for diverse sub-segments (e.g., Independent, Bank Wealth, Insurance, RIA).
- Best Practices: Optimize pipeline creation, sales presentations, and deal closures.
- Strategic Thought Leadership: Consult with clients, industry experts, and senior leaders. Shape eMoney’s perspective in the fintech and wealth management industry.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, senior leadership, and relationship managers.
- Mentorship: Share expertise with team members.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in consultative sales (emphasis on fintech preferred)
- Established relationships with high-level decision makers
- Modern sales and marketing mindset
- Comfort engaging with C-level executives
- Deep understanding of financial services and advisory business models
- Ability to balance business and enterprise needs
- Creative thinking and superior communication skills
