We are looking 🔎 for an amazing Outreach Specialist to join our team and work with one of our partners from the US (a dog wellness start-up 🐶).
HKR was remote before it was even cool! 😎

...but you can always drop by our locations in Bucharest and Cluj if you’re around.
What you'll be doing?
🔸 You will assist our US partner’s sales and marketing team in headhunting prospect clients who love dogs as much as you do;
🔸 You will look for dog owners on social media and reach out to them via direct messages to present and promote our partner’s products and their benefits;
🔸 You will build and maintain relationships with key customers sharing a common trait - your love for dogs;
🔸 You will develop and maintain a network of potential customers, building pipelines and updating statuses based on every interaction with the prospects;
🔸 You will set upfront expectations with the prospects while also being friendly, genuine, and relatable;
🔸 You will monitor program results and report to your line managers: HKR’s Head of Outreach & partner's project owner;
🔸 You will give feedback using both qualitative and quantitative points on what is working or not working with the outreach process/lead qualification process;
🔸 You will give thoughtful recommendations for potential changes to test to try to increase results;
🔸 You will dig into available data to better understand why certain tactics have or have not worked and/or to understand individual performance better;
🔸 Stay up to date with current trends in outreach/influencer marketing and identify new opportunities.
About you
🐶 You are a dog owner, and you love your fluffy pal more than anything;
🐶 You worked with HubSpot before and you have basic knowledge of HubSpot;
🐶 You come with previous experience in a similar role, having an outreach, sales, or account management background;
🐶 You have excellent communication skills, especially in English - we are looking for at least a C1 proficiency, both written and spoken;
🐶 You are confident in participating in online meetings with the partner's team sharing ideas, updates, and defining strategies;
🐶 You have great communication skills, you are friendly, open, and genuine when passing info to other people - especially your peer dog owners;
🐶 You are familiar with using CRM tools and Google Spreadsheets;
🐶 You are willing to learn and grow; we are young and restless and want that from you as well;
🐶 You can follow a step-by-step process but also be creative enough to create a process from scratch or detect and suggest possible improvements.
