We need an English-fluent Business Analyst, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Utilize Jira to manage requirements, track project progress, and maintain the backlog.
- Develop and implement workflows and processes to facilitate project execution.
- Prepare and deliver reports on the status, operation, and maintenance of the projects under your management.
- Act as a liaison between the technical team and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear communication and understanding of project goals and deliverables.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in business processing, focusing on technologies and applications that support business functions.
- Proven expertise in workflow and process management.
- Extensive experience with Jira for requirements gathering and backlog management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $2,500 - $3,800 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
- This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
